and white wines "Fixin - Clos de la Perrière Premier Cru"
are made solely from the grapes grown and picked in the Clos.
The red wine from "Pinot Noir" grapes is a full-bodied, fruity,
vigorous wine offering flavor of ripe red fruits : strawberry, black
currant, gooseberry... It acquires through its long aging flavors of
undergrowth, game... and evolves with years in a fleshy, soft in the
mouth, well balanced wine.
 A part of the vineyard is
dedicated to Chardonnay giving one the rare white wines grown in the
"Côte de Nuits". This elegant and pale gold colored wine
offers complex aromas of flowers. It shares a fat, rich style intensity
and depth with the great Chardonnay of the "Côte de Beaune"
